Terms of Service — IT Juice

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by IT Juice (“we”, “us”), based in Novi Sad, Serbia, through itjuiceweb.com. By placing an order or submitting a project request, you agree to these Terms.
IT Juice offers two distinct services. Part 1 applies to everything we do. Part 2 applies only to the Template + Hosting subscription. Part 3 applies only to Custom Website projects.

Part 1 — General Terms (apply to all services) {#general}
1.1 Who we are. IT Juice is a web design and managed hosting service operated from Novi Sad, Serbia, serving clients internationally.
1.2 Agreement & scope. The service you receive is defined by your order (Template + Hosting) or by the written quote you accept (Custom Website). Anything not listed in the order or quote is not included and may be offered separately.
1.3 Communication. Our working communication is in English or Serbian, by email. Official notices are valid when sent to the email address you provided at order.
1.4 Client content & responsibilities. You confirm that all text, images, logos, and other materials you supply are yours to use and do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for the legality of your business activities presented on the website.
1.5 Intellectual property. Until full payment (Custom) or ownership transfer (Template, see 2.6), all design and code remain the property of IT Juice. Our internal tools, libraries, and licenses (including our page-builder license) remain our property at all times and are not transferable to you or any third party.
1.6 Portfolio use. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, without disclosing confidential information. If you prefer your project not to be shown, tell us in writing and we will exclude it.
1.7 Liability. We build and maintain websites with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit, lost data caused by third-party services, or downtime caused by providers outside our control (e.g. domain registries, hosting infrastructure failures, force majeure). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
1.8 Privacy. We collect only the data needed to deliver the service (name, email, business details you submit). We do not sell your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
1.9 Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia.
1.10 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to your order.

Part 2 — Template + Hosting (Subscription) {#template}
2.1 What the service includes. A premium website built on one of our templates, customized with your brand (logo, colors, content), plus managed hosting, security, backups, a free .com domain registration, and 2 hours of content updates per month. The website is limited to a maximum of five (5) pages.
2.2 Setup fee & monthly fee. A one-time setup fee of 99–149€ (confirmed before we start, depending on the template and customization) covers building and launching your site. The subscription is 99€ per month. Billing occurs between the 1st and 5th of each month.
2.3 Minimum term & cancellation. The minimum subscription term is 12 months. After 12 months, you may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle. Your website stays online as long as your subscription is active.
2.4 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after your website is delivered, we will refund your first monthly payment. The setup fee covers work already performed and is non-refundable.
2.5 Monthly updates (2 hours). Covers standard content edits: text changes, image swaps, gallery additions, publishing a blog post, or small layout tweaks. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Major structural redesigns or switching to a different template are not included and will be quoted separately.
2.6 Ownership. During the subscription, the website runs on our managed infrastructure and remains our property. After 12 consecutive monthly payments, you gain ownership of your website’s content and design. If you leave after the first year, we will provide a full WordPress backup file so you can move the site wherever you like. Our page-builder license is not transferable (see 1.5); after migration, equivalent functionality may require your own license.
2.7 Content deadlines. To launch on time, we need your content (text, images, logo) within 14 days of ordering. If content is not supplied, we may launch the site with quality placeholder content, which you can replace later through your monthly update time.
2.8 Non-payment. If a monthly payment is more than 14 days late, we may temporarily suspend the website until payment is settled. Repeated non-payment (2+ consecutive months) may result in termination of the service.

Part 3 — Custom Website (Project) {#custom}
3.1 What the service includes. A website designed and built from scratch around your brand: custom design, original copy written for your business, professional visuals, and SEO-optimized structure. The base project covers up to three (3) pages and three (3) rounds of revisions. Larger scopes are quoted individually.
3.2 Process. (1) You submit a project request. (2) We agree on the scope in writing — number of pages, sections, content responsibilities, and references. (3) We send you a fixed quote based on that scope. (4) You pay the deposit. (5) Design work begins. (6) The balance is due on delivery, before the site goes live / files are handed over.
3.3 Pricing & deposit. Custom projects start at €800. Work begins after a deposit of 50% is paid. Because design work starts immediately, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
3.4 Revisions. The quote includes three (3) rounds of revisions on the design concept. If the first concept is not right, we revise it within those rounds until it fits. Additional revision rounds, or changes to the agreed scope (extra pages, new sections, new functionality), are quoted and billed separately before the work is done.
3.5 Client cooperation. The timeline depends on you supplying agreed content and feedback within agreed deadlines. If the project is inactive for more than 30 days due to missing client input, we may pause it; resuming may require re-scheduling. Projects inactive for more than 90 days are considered abandoned, and the deposit covers the work performed.
3.6 Ownership & handover. Upon full payment, the website — its design, content we created for you, and files — becomes your property. Until full payment, all work remains our property and may not be used. Our internal tools and licenses remain ours (see 1.5).
3.7 Hosting after delivery. Hosting is not included in the project price. You may host the finished site with us (offered separately) or anywhere you choose.
3.8 Warranty. We will fix, free of charge, any functional defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery. This does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, plugins/services we did not install, or edits made by you or others after handover.
