Template + Hosting is a premium website built on a customized template — managed, hosted, and maintained by us for a flat monthly fee. Custom Website is designed from scratch around your brand, with original copy and visuals, as a one-time project. Template gets you online fast and affordably; Custom is for businesses that want to stand out and own something unique.

No. Our templates aren’t mass-market themes downloaded by thousands of sites. Each one is a real website we designed and built from scratch for a previous client — proven, polished, and now offered as a faster, more affordable foundation. You get the quality of custom work, customized with your brand, at a fraction of the cost and time.

There’s a small one-time setup fee (99–149€) that covers building and launching your site. After that, you pay a flat 99€/month for hosting, security, and maintenance — no large upfront investment.

Once we’ve agreed on the scope, you pay a deposit to begin — this is 50% and starts the design work. The balance is due on delivery. The deposit is non-refundable, since work starts immediately, but we revise the first concept until it’s right.

Custom — yes, it’s fully yours once the final payment is made. Template + Hosting — your site stays on our managed infrastructure while you’re subscribed. After 12 monthly payments you gain ownership, and if you leave after year one we hand over a full WordPress backup to move anywhere.

No problem. For a Custom site, we write original copy and source professional visuals for your business as part of the project. For Template + Hosting, we can launch with tasteful placeholder content and swap in your text and photos through your monthly edit time whenever you’re ready.

Standard upkeep and content edits — text changes, swapping images, adding gallery items, publishing a blog post, or small layout tweaks. It keeps your site secure, fresh, and updated without you lifting a finger.

Yes. A redesign falls under the Custom Website service — send us your current site and what’s not working, and we’ll quote a rebuild tailored to your brand.

Small tweaks are covered by your monthly update time. Major structural redesigns or switching to a completely different template aren’t part of the standard subscription and would be quoted separately.
